What We Do

Services, in detail.

Nine services, booked on their own or bundled into a package. Everything below is done at your location with our own water, power and lighting — across Long Island, the five boroughs, and the wider tri-state area.

Freshly cleaned and conditioned leather interior
2–4 hrsTypical time
Service 01

Interior Detailing

A proper interior detail is mostly patience. We pull the loose debris out first, then work top-down with steam and a hot-water extractor so dirt lifts out of the fibres instead of being pushed deeper into them.

  • Full vacuum including under seats, rails and the trunk
  • Hot-water extraction of carpets, mats and cloth upholstery
  • Steam cleaning of vents, seams, cup holders and switchgear
  • Leather cleaned with pH-balanced product, then conditioned — never silicone-greased
  • Dashboard, door cards and console dressed to a factory matte, not a shine
  • Headliner spot-treated (full headliner cleans quoted separately)
  • Interior glass finished streak-free, including the rear-view mirror

Good to know — Heavy sand, pet hair, spills or smoke need extra time and are quoted separately — send photos and we will tell you exactly what it needs.

Exterior & Decontamination Wash

Most swirl marks in paint were put there by washing, not driving. Our exterior process is built to avoid adding any: touch-free where possible, and clean media everywhere it is not.

  • Pre-rinse and thick foam pre-soak to lift grit before anything touches the paint
  • Two-bucket contact wash with grit guards and separate mitts per panel group
  • Wheel wells, arches, sills and door jambs cleaned
  • Iron and brake-dust fallout dissolved chemically
  • Tar and adhesive removal from lower panels
  • Clay bar or clay mitt treatment to pull bonded contaminants out of the clear coat
  • Filtered final rinse and forced-air dry to avoid water spotting
  • Spray sealant or paste wax layer, plus dressed trim and tires

Good to know — Decontamination is the step that makes paint feel like glass again. If you can feel grit on the paint after washing, this is what it needs — not more wax.

Paint Correction

Correction means permanently levelling the clear coat to remove defects — swirls, wash marks, holograms, light scratches and oxidation. It is the difference between paint that looks clean and paint that looks deep.

  • Paint thickness readings taken across the vehicle before any machine work
  • Test panel completed and shown to you under inspection lighting
  • One-stage polish for gloss enhancement, or two-to-three stage for serious defect removal
  • Cutting, polishing and finishing pads matched to the hardness of your paint
  • Compound residue removed with an IPA wipedown so nothing is hidden by filler
  • Trim and badges taped off before machine passes
  • Final inspection under multiple light sources, including a swirl-finder

Good to know — Clear coat is finite. We take the least aggressive route that gets the result, and we will tell you plainly if a panel has been polished too many times already.

Ceramic Coating

A ceramic coating is a hard, semi-permanent layer that bonds to the clear coat. Water sheets straight off, dust and brake dust struggle to key in, and washing takes a fraction of the effort — but only if the paint underneath is corrected first.

  • Mandatory decontamination and correction prep — coatings lock in whatever is under them
  • Panel wipe to strip every trace of polishing oil
  • Professional-grade coating levelled panel by panel in controlled sections
  • Coverage options from 2-year to 5-year systems
  • Wheel faces and barrels coated to make brake dust rinse off
  • Glass coating for rain dispersion at speed
  • Trim, plastics and exhaust tips coated on request
  • Controlled cure time, plus a written aftercare sheet

Good to know — A coating is not scratch-proof and does not replace washing — it makes washing dramatically easier and keeps the gloss stable for years. Anyone claiming otherwise is selling something.

Detailed alloy wheel and brake caliper

Service 05

Wheels, Tires & Calipers

Wheels take more abuse than any other part of the car and are the first thing people notice. We clean them properly — faces, spokes, barrels and the parts you only see when the wheel turns.

  • pH-neutral wheel cleaner safe for polished, painted and anodised finishes
  • Barrels cleaned with dedicated woolies and brushes
  • Iron fallout dissolved so embedded brake dust actually leaves
  • Calipers cleaned and, where accessible, hand-detailed
  • Tires scrubbed back to black, then dressed to a satin finish — no slinging
  • Wheel wells and arch liners cleaned and dressed
  • Optional ceramic wheel coating so future dust rinses straight off

Good to know — Wheels off for a full barrel detail is available on request and is the only way to properly restore neglected wheels.

Restored clear headlight lens
60–90 minTypical time
Service 06

Headlight Restoration

Polycarbonate lenses yellow and haze as their factory UV layer breaks down. Polishing alone brings them back for a few weeks; sanding and re-sealing brings them back for years.

  • Lenses masked and wet-sanded through progressive grits
  • Machine polished to full optical clarity
  • Fresh UV-stable sealant or coating applied to stop it happening again
  • Both lenses matched so one does not look newer than the other
  • Light output visibly improved for night driving

Good to know — If the hazing is on the inside of the lens, sanding will not fix it — we will let you know before you pay for anything.

Detailed engine bay
60–90 minTypical time
Service 07

Engine Bay Detail

A clean engine bay makes leaks obvious, holds resale value and takes a surprising amount of care to do without soaking anything that should stay dry.

  • Sensitive electronics, intakes and fuse boxes covered before any liquid appears
  • Degreaser applied and agitated by hand where the grime actually sits
  • Controlled low-pressure rinse — never a pressure washer at close range
  • Forced-air dry through the bay
  • Plastics and hoses dressed to a factory satin finish, not a wet-look gloss
  • Painted areas and strut towers wiped down and sealed

Good to know — We do not detail engine bays on vehicles with known electrical faults or exposed wiring. Safety first, every time.

Clean door panel and window trim
45 min – 3 hrsTypical time
Service 08

Glass, Trim & Odour Treatment

The finishing details that separate a wash from a detail: crystal-clear glass, restored black trim, and an interior that smells like nothing at all rather than like an air freshener.

  • Water spots and mineral etching polished off glass
  • Hydrophobic glass coating for rain dispersion
  • Faded exterior plastic trim restored and sealed, not just dressed
  • Chrome and polished metal brightened
  • Pet hair removal using rubber blades and specialist tools
  • Odour neutralising treatment that removes the source rather than masking it
  • Interior sanitising for shared, rideshare and family vehicles

Good to know — Smoke odour usually requires cabin filter replacement plus a full extraction to fully clear. We will be honest about what is realistic.

Fleet, Dealer & Multi-Vehicle

Recurring work for companies, dealers, showrooms and collectors. We come to your lot or garage on a fixed schedule and keep everything presentation-ready.

  • Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service agreements
  • Volume pricing for multi-vehicle bookings
  • Dealer lot prep, delivery prep and photography prep
  • Collector and garage-kept vehicle maintenance programmes
  • Rideshare and livery interior sanitising rotations
  • Consistent, documented process across every vehicle in the fleet

Good to know — Two or more vehicles at the same address on the same day is always cheaper per car. Ask about it when you get your quote.

Pricing Logic

Why we quote instead of publishing a flat price.

Two cars of the same model can need wildly different work. These are the four things that actually move the number.

Size

A two-seat coupe and a three-row SUV are not the same job. More panels and more carpet means more time.

Condition

A garage-kept weekend car versus four years of street parking. Condition is usually the biggest factor.

Protection level

Spray sealant, paste wax, six-month sealant or a five-year ceramic coating — very different prep and product cost.

Correction depth

Gloss enhancement is one machine pass. Removing years of swirls can be three, panel by panel.
